Refund policy
At abstractRPM, our intent is to not only offer you the best quality products, but also the best Customer experience possible. With that in mind, if your purchase or the experience falls short, we want to hear about it.
Given the variable nature in the care of soiled clothing, if you experience some sort of failure after the first cleaning, we'd like to know that right away. In fact, in order to best serve you, we require that we do receive that concern and feedback in writing within 30days to best help you.
To kick-off that process, please send us an email with a reference to the order number and date of receipt.
From there we will look to receive the damaged materials from you (at your cost) and send you a replacement in-kind at our cost. Alternatively, we can also remedy the situation with a refund on the purchase + tax (but not shipping) with the return of the damaged materials.
